A mid week mixture. . .

Here is a little of what I have been working on over the past week along with a lot of preparation for a couple of exciting upcoming projects. 

Rosemary project number two . . .

So what to do when you have loads of rosemary leftover. Simple, take one old glass yogurt jar, paint on a thin layer of PVA glue and sprinkle with vast quantities of glitter!  Pop in a little compost and fill your sparkly little jar with rosemary spears.  They make cute table decorations just as they are but I added this gorgeous ceramic luggage tag made by Laura Hebron.  I bought these at the Late Shows last year and have been meaning to get them in a shot since, this just seemed like the perfect opportunity.

Get growing . . .

The mild weather is here and suddenly all the plants are springing into life.  I playing with a few test shoots this week, I will share a selection of the results later in the week. 

In the meantime this is one of my favourite shots from a summer shoot last year, even if it did involve lying face down in the flowerbed!

A splash of colour for the weekend . . .

Here are a few of my favourite shots from a recent interior shoot.  They seemed fitting now that Spring has finally made an appearance.

Everyone sit down . . .

A little test shoot for an idea I had with summer dining in mind.  A fragrant sprig of rosemary to encourage everyone to take their seats and an excuse for me to play with my alphabet stamps!

Oven Ready - A slow start

The latest addition to the Oven Ready project!  This is the very muddy beginnings of a wood fired oven, honest.  Hopefully weather permitting more on this build soon.
